Exceptional stay — will definitely return!
From check-in to checkout, everything was flawless. The suite was spacious and immaculate. Staff went above and beyond — Priya at the front desk remembered my name on the second day. The rooftop restaurant view is breathtaking. Highly recommend for both business and leisure.

Great location, comfortable rooms
Loved the location — walking distance to key attractions. Room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Only minor complaint: the Wi-Fi was slow on the upper floors. Would stay again.

Disappointing experience — not worth the price
Expected much more for the price. Room wasn't ready at check-in time despite prior confirmation. The bathroom had a plumbing issue that took 3 hours to fix. Room service was cold when it arrived. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. Won't recommend at this price point.
Best hotel in the city!
Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The deluxe room was perfect — quiet, clean, and had all amenities I needed. The concierge helped arrange transport and restaurant reservations seamlessly. Gym was well-equipped. Already booked my next stay!

Beautiful property, some room for improvement
The suite was gorgeous with an amazing city view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The spa treatment was top-notch. However, the parking situation was chaotic and there was construction noise during the morning. Would still recommend overall.
Average stay, nothing special
Room was fine but nothing that stood out for the price range. Check-in was smooth. Food was average — limited menu for vegetarians. The pool area was nice but too small. It's an okay hotel if you need a place to sleep, but there are better options in the area.
A gem — absolutely loved it
From the warm welcome to the thoughtful turn-down service, everything was perfect. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Special mention to the kitchen team — the biryani was the best I've had outside of Hyderabad! Will definitely come back with family.

Terrible — found insects in the room
Found cockroaches in the bathroom on the first night. Complained to reception and they moved us to another room, but the replacement room had stained sheets. For a property charging premium rates, this is unacceptable. Ruined our anniversary trip. Seeking full refund.
Solid choice for business travelers
Clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and good breakfast. The meeting room was well-equipped for my presentations. Check-in was fast. Only suggestion: better soundproofing between rooms — could hear the TV from next door. Overall a good experience.

World-class hospitality
Celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary here and the staff made it truly special. They arranged a surprise cake, decorated the room, and even upgraded us to the presidential suite. The dinner by the poolside was magical. Thank you for creating memories that will last a lifetime!
Good but overpriced
The suite was spacious and the view was nice. However, for the price we paid, I expected better toiletries, a minibar restock, and faster room service. The checkout process was also quite slow with a queue at the reception. Value-wise, there are better options.
Lovely boutique feel
This hotel has such character! Loved the local artwork on the walls and the traditional welcome drink. Room was modern yet warm. The spa massage was heavenly. Minor issue with hot water one morning but quickly resolved. Would recommend to friends.
